Hi, all
I’ve been rebuilding my outer and inner sill’s and noticed a bracket which is badly corroded in the rear wheel well area. It’s a flatish plate/tray which connects to a Bodysides bracket with 2 screws and connects to the body side outer panel via 2 plastic clips. I’ve looked on realoem but can’t spot the part. Any idea what it’s called or part number? Any help will be grateful.
Thank you Brian

You won't find a part number as it is a welded part of the outer panel. The plastic clips you mention hold the bumper in place.

Yes unfortunately i am in agreement with that.
It is a welded on part that forms part of the quarter panel and even thoug it has a number stamped on it this is just a factory sub assembly number for all the metal components that are welded together to make the full piece but not available separately.
Stephen.

Thank you Eddie & Stevo. I think that will be a job for next year :-/. I’ve just took 3 weeks chipping rust off the structural part of the sill outer and rebuilt the rotten outer sills.
To replace the plate will be stripping the full rear end. I’ll book a spot in the restoration club for next year. They have a fair bit of kit in their machine shop which helped me rebuild the sills.
