BMW's first 4x4 . . . off-roadster ?

Wow, thought that was going to be a spoof. If it had happened probably would have looked better under the Mini marque I think.

Rubber carpets and plastic seats. I can see there being a niche appeal to a certain type of person. Probably plenty of room in the glove-box for a gimp mask.:bag:And what kind of off-road capability would come from tyres like that? I know, off-roaders rarely go further off-road than a supermarket car park.:rolleyes:
 
Did everyone see the paw prints on the tyres? I thought the door mirrors might look okay on a Z3?
