I am not sure how you mean that! Zed lounge will notify the committee of their numbers or do you mean a Separate EAC group? Next to Zed lounge.
On here I was asking if Zorg want their own group within the Zed's I am not sure that sub groups within forums is something that the committee would go for. The plan is that the groups have a nominated contact who co-ordinates and organises their group.
No problems with EAC being with Zed lounge it will just be a co-ordination thing with their co-ordinator who will let us know the number of attendees for each day and then when they all arrive at thee display site get themselves sorted ASAP so that the cars behind can also get off the entrance road. So really I think that is a post for zed Lounge rather than here.
If however you mean another group called EAC personally I think that is going too small but I will put it forward if that is what you as a group want and see what the committee say.

There is no zorg lounge.
Miss read the message mark add a long day at work and was getting near bed time will join the lounge group with everyone cheers tony.

I am up at Silverstone now double checking the route and when I get back home I will be checking the timings and then there will be an email go out to everyone who has registered for the event on the database with the arrangements for the cruise from the hotel so I hope to have it out by the end of the week. Sorry for the delay.

I always hate to be the bearer of bad news, but although you can still buy tickets to get in to the event, you are too late to join the display at the circuit
. We tried to add someone else last week, but the tickets had already been committed to the printers.I'm assuming this is still the case myredzed & La_vida_diver?
