I'm selling my beloved Z3 as I have defected over to an M3 convertible (Z3Ms cost a bit more than an M3 and can't afford one yet so going for next best thing )

£2700 Located in Lewes, East Sussex

145k miles was used as my daily driver, never had any problems since owning it.
Topaz blue and chrome side grills.
MOT until march 2020
Heated Sport seats and matching door cards
Air con - blows nice and cold
Roll hoops and wind deflector from @Lee
Electric hood

Camshaft and crank shaft sensors just replaced.
M54 manifold swap, with new vacuum lines and new CCV at the same time
Induction kit from @5harp3y
Headlights upgraded to angel eyes
Smog pump delete.
Debaffled back box, sounds throaty and low pops when decelerating not that loud. I have original back box if required.
Full Stereo upgrade - all speakers replaced with a small custom subwoofer fitted between the seats and amp in boot.
Detango'd the car by replacing the side repeaters and the rear lights with the clear variants.
Upgraded wheels to recently fully refurbed 18" staggered MV2s, though I may swap these back to the standard 17" Staggered style 18s if I don't receive near the asking price as they're valued at ~£600
Its had new (2 weeks) brake disks and pads all round and also handbrake works as it should.
Battery was replaced at the start of the year.
Since I've owned it I have changed the oil every 6000 miles, Car was on 118k when I bought from a dealer.
Renewed front suspension including new struts, top mounts, wishbones, anti roll bar links.
Renewed rear suspension including new shocks, top mounts, springs, and anti roll bar links
Rocker cover gasket replaced as advised by MOT
It's currently on Apex lowering springs on the front and stock springs on the back (I had a few issues with speed bumps in Brighton) I have full set of both so can be set to stock or lowered front and back!

Only bad bit I can point out is the lacquer on the bonnet passenger - as shown in pics

If you want MOT history or hpi check, plate is currently D12JGH but is in the process of being changed back to W757VGC.
No fault codes, we use INPA to scan all our Zs and BMWs for issues and dealt with ASAP

I've tried to be as honest as possible, may update if remember anything else. It really is a lovely car and I'll be sad to see it go. I've had no real problems with it since owning it and I am only selling as I need some money back to prep me for M ownership!

Contact me if you have any questions.

Don't worry there's still plenty of Zeds in the family - Dad and sister still driving them. Would've bought a Z3M but haven't got the money.

I'm tempted by this, but will need to ship the 2l first to free up funds. If it hasn't gone in the next few months then I might be keen depending on my situation

I'll be hoping to sell it a lot sooner than a couple of months! I'll put it up on the other sites later this week, just giving the forum a chance to get it first.

You sure you can't be tempted now? ;)

I'm not free for a couple of weekends, so can't commit until I've at least come to see it, but very tempted

There is an "Emission control air pump" which is in the front of the engine bay, As far as I know it's required only for Californian emission regulations. Doesn't seem to do much except crowd the engine bay . You can buy a blanking plate for it on the forum.

General state of underneath back end and front would be interesting to see, might encourage some buyers to see what state its in underneath. Sill areas underneath would also be useful.

Bump - Price reduction to £3000 or £2750 with the original wheels put back on.

Also I'll get those underside pics later, completely slipped my mind!

Update - Just painted up the inner sill and inside of the outer sill.

Took the passenger sill off and it was pretty much spotless in terms of rust, just a bit dirty. All cleaned off and treated for preventative measures.

Driver side had 2 small sections that were showing signs of rust, treated with Kurust and black hammerite over top.

Whilst sills and wheel liners were removed we jet washed all the crap that had built up within the wheel arches so it's all clean now.
I can honestly say now that all preventative measures have been done to this car, so any new owner will just be able to buy it and drive it and enjoy it!

Price is £2700 with MV2s as I'm just wanting to free up space on the driveway

He is selling for the reason in the description. He can't afford both and needs the money to help pay off the M3! plus no room on my driveway for both his cars and mine!!!
