Hi all,

Just thought I'd link you to a video of our Z3 Race Car going around Silverstone on a rapid demo lap the other day! So many people didn't think it could be a 1.9...we had to lift the bonnet to prove them wrong :)

It must have some serious suspension upgrades,hardly any body roll.

Steve, the car is fitted with our specially developed Z Cars Suspension Kit (available for all Z3 models - 4 and 6 cylinder, and a different kit also available Z4 E85 6 cylinder models).

The car runs standard anti roll bars, a full Z Cars specific Powerflex Bush Kit, and our adjustable damper kit including top mounts, springs, etc... There are no strut braces on the car, no tricks.. just a finely tuned damper valving and spring package. It is like a go kart!

The exhaust is a custom made system we make in-house also :)

Well it certainly works very well on the track Gary,impressive.
You say your suspension kits are available for all models of Z3,but do you do a kit for road use as well ?.

Jim you would really enjoy the ZCARS!! Get your passport sorted!! Sell some cars!! By a plane ticket And get over to the UK :D

Yes it would be nice eh Jim,but on our second rate UK roads,track biased suspension wouldn't be much fun :rolleyes:.
 
The car seems to handle real well and could take much more power. Should make for a close race on the 1 May, looking forward to watching the action at Brands.:)
 
The suspension we have on the race car we have adapted to work on the road too with different spring rates. Of course, it is still quite a lot stiffer than a standard Z3 (not hard!) but we have a good setting should anyone be interested :)

Really looking forward to building the series over the year, as we build more and more cars!
