BMW TIS INFO - Site closed

Just found out the TIS site is closed, it redirects to new TIS site that you have to register on, access is then subject to payment.


Pity it was always useful to look up things, no doubt they need the money these days, don't think they will be getting any of mine.

I think their statement pretty much sums it up, and they are now linking directly to the official BMW site. I can see both sides of this, but clearly a small site funded by Google ads is never going to be able to argue with BMW's legal department.

It was too good to be true for ever I guess... I saved some pages in pdf but there are always new things one would want to look up...

If BMW are preventing stuff like this, RealOEM will be next. I wonder if a 2005 ETK is much good?
