This is a very nice 2.2 but does have a cat c mark on it. We have thoroughly checked this over and it appears to be only panel damage.

It was lit up like a christmas tree when we got it but have now fixed everything properly using BMW sensors/parts.

I think £3995 is reasonable as without the cat c it's around £6000 considering the 52000 mile engine. But he is open to reasonable offers.

I would like to add that the cat c was in 2009 and it has been back on the road since January 2010. We have the previous MOT certs in paper form from 2010 as I know if you look it up on gov website it only goes back a couple of years for some reason!

I'll paste the details that i've put on facebook as I realise not everyone uses facebook!

2003 BMW 2.2 Z3 sport one of the last ones made! Only 52k miles. It has a Cat C from 2010 which was non-structural panel damage. We've extensively looked over the car and it is undamaged under the panels. We have redone the Vanos seals and gaskets, and we have given it a full service. The engine sounds smoother than ever and nicer than some of the other Z3s we have. Body panels are in good condition considering its age, the sills are the cleanest ones we have seen! Just passed its MOT with no advisories. The seats have been refurbished and there’s no holes or wear on the bolsters. We have redone most of the ABS system as the ABS lights were on, so that includes all new Wheel speed sensors from BMW and the ABS unit, yaw sensor and brake pressure sensors. Also replaced front and back brake discs and pads as well as replacing the droplinks. Drove to Wales on the 18th May to have a brand new roof, the car ran flawlessly from Sussex to Swansea! £3995 ONO Any questions please message me
