I think all our Zeds are on going projects

Well after an awful paint job done some time ago Panther finally got some stunning Paint by @Tim beard :D
@GazHyde anyway of adding my AutoAid post here please?

She's look a different car! Hard top looks great.

Had a little peak at Panther last weekend, looks fantastic

Read this. What a great project. Just got my Z and already thinking of mods.

On a side note; I have an 08 jeep wrangler that I have modded. In a group I belong to, is a black jeep with pink accents. which go me thinking that you could paint the calibers pink. Like toe nails.;)

Nice job, nice work. Cheers :beer

Yep just come in from fitting Bilstein dampers and Eibach springs all round, following a broken front spring

Thanks to the zed shed lads for help building the fronts

I wish I would have had a spring compressor like that a few weeks ago. I replaced the front struts on my Acura and it was a pain in the a$$. Ane I should have just replaced the whole unit instead of compressing the springs and removing and replacing just the struts. It seems like the springs, while not broken, are a bit weak and I can feel a small 'klunk' on bumps because of it. It took me a day and a half to remove the assembly from the passenger side as I have to work in the street on my back. Working out the assembly from the underside of the car was just about impossible. The driver's side was a bit easier. That compressor tool you're using looks great...................Frankie

Panther was in the Zedshed last week to have the subframe, trailing arms and hubs replaced with powdercoated ones. This included powerflex subframe and trailing arm bushes, along with new brake backing plates

Unfortunately when the subframe was coming out one of the brakelines broke! Lee sorted a new section

So we had a couple of issues with bolts / brakes but nothing unsurmountable.

Car drives lovely now! Just need to get the hard top fitted properly

Top work guys . Funnily enough the only time it went quiet was when all 8 of us were in the kitchen wolfing down those butties. Also Grumps was upstaged by Ben, ace tea and coffee maker;)

Tony.
