Does anyone use this wonderful herb in their cooking, basically it starts life as normal garlic and is fermented, this has taken 2 weeks at 57c, it is about £4-£5 bulb to buy so we decided to do our own in a rice cooker, it makes the best burger and can be used in lots of other dishes, tastes completely different to garlic.
