Does anyone use this wonderful herb in their cooking, basically it starts life as normal garlic and is fermented, this has taken 2 weeks at 57c, it is about £4-£5 bulb to buy so we decided to do our own in a rice cooker, it makes the best burger and can be used in lots of other dishes, tastes completely different to garlic.
Just taken these out of the rice cooker

@hard top how do you know that the garlic doesn't have performance enhancing abilities?
 
maybe it wasn't posted in the wrong place at all, maybe DavidM is correct about the mushroom thing, I'm trying some.
