Bit of a refresh

Decided to give the Z3 a bit of a refresh/some love this year.

2001 2.2 Sport so far:

• New Brembo front discs and pads.
• Replaced both front lower arms, bushes and drop links.

To do (and some help please)

• ABS/DSC lights on - believe this may be sensor - but having tried to remove and clean one of the fronts its stuck solid - any tips?
• Knocking after replacement of lower arms - reading suggests I should do anti-roll bar bushes?
• Wheel wobble around 50mph - wheel balancing and alignment to be done once knocking resolved.
• Handbrake feels like it is only grabbing on one side - dismantle and check shoes and cables - replace where necessary.

Any thoughts on any other things worthwhile whilst I am at it or comments on the to do list would be much appreciated.

Hi
Abs needs plugged in to diagnose fault.
If knocking not present before suspension work recheck all associated nuts and bolts are tight.
Wheel wobble like you say probably balance.
Handbrake need to take disc off check condition of handbrake shoes and disc if all ok re assembly and adjustment to sort .

I've got an old ELM ODB reader knocking around but isnt much good - i've read INPA? is the one to use for a Z3 is that correct?

Yes INPA is great for fault finding and re-setting error codes..........where are you based?

Inpa software, BMW round plug to OBD2 cable and a Laptop computer will get you started.
Loads of threads on here regarding loading and using INPA if you need help setting it up.
