Just seen 140 bikes passing the Shed in aid of funds for the Air Ambulance.
Running from Newark show ground in a loop round the villages, over the river at Gainsborough and back to the start point. Shame about the weather.:(

Great cause. I bet they are a sight to see! Yes, pity about the weather; for once, the forecasters appear to be correct.

Yep agreed, a cracking cause. They probably won't mind as it'll keep them cooled down.

Bikers are a hardy bunch, unlike convertible drivers!! ;)=))

It would be nice to see the press give bikers some good press for the funds they raise for charity's, but they only ever get the bad press for the wrongs they do.

Bikers do a massive amount of often unpublicised charity work.

Once inadvertently and unintentionally joined thousands of bikers on the Mulsanne Straight as we passed through Le Mans many years ago. That was an interesting drive.

Speaking of bikers, a few of us went up the Horseshoe Pass at the weekend and a roadside photographer got this one for me.

Ducati Diavel?

Nice bike

Yes mine is a Diavel Carbon but in the group we had 2 Moto Morinis, an old CBR1000, a new CBR600, an SV650 and another Diavel Carbon. If you are over that way there is another new bikers cafe a few miles further on just outside Ruthin that is worth a visit. It has nice outside seating and the cafe is decorated with old biking stuff.
