Are you an egg producer? Building your own egg production plant?
Lol no not yet the most we ever had was 6 hens in a run in the garden. But from the 27 July we are going to be the proud owners of 32000 sassy chickens.before then we have to build them a home and play pen.were hoping we can make them happy half way up a mountain in Wales. At least they’ll have a lovely view.

That is a worry, they will have a huge paddock with high wire but they will also have access to a further 30 acres.thinking of building a wall trump style;). Seriously though after they’ve had their breakfast the doors open and they’re free to roam about it would be nice to get a lama or alpacas something natural that would guard them.otherwise it’s me in my dads army uniform;)

Don't panic Captain Mainwaring ;)

Tony.

Llama's or Alpaca's are a good shout Hugh @miller1098 There used to be a farmer down here who hired them out when we moved to Cornwall 20 odd years ago. He used to hire out goats too for ground clearances. A mate of mine bought an old house with a large overgrown garden. A couple of goats cleared it in a month. Mind you, he then said he needed to hire a JCB to shovel up the goat poo =))
