Z4 coupe sport.
Just in case you think @Lee's old coupe doesn't get out much here's a pic of it at the Bicester Scramble today. Ok it might be slightly older than the very tasty M4 beside it but it was probably about an 1/8 of the price . Still does it for me and saw off a M1 235i on the way home. This little coupe never ceases to amaze me. Would I have the M4???? of course I would but value for money that's another story.

Got a bit dirty on route as roads were very wet, the sun came out and the rest of the day was warmish and dry. One in particular IMO worth a mention at the Scramble was this Jag.

Project 7 Jag was my choice of the day, having never seen one in the flesh before.

For a second I thought you meant the turd brown XJ next to it mate.;) On the Project 7, not sure about yellow callipers, ok on a Z3.:)

I quite like the calipers myself.

What a beautiful colour :p
Looks lovely :)

The coupe ages so well, looks right at home next to a newer M4.

Says a lot Dave when all you like on a motor is the calipers.=))

Your right Tony could /should have been more discrete, didn't even notice the calipers, so many cars have contrasting caliper colours. Rear is a bit fussy around the exhausts for me but apart from that I think it's the way to go. Allways had a soft spot for the Jags.

With the splitter on the front Lee don't think there's anything else I really want to do to the coupe. I know it's a bit of a statement but think like the rear spoiler it's not IMO OTT. Love the look of the wheels now which have grown on me somewhat, probably because most people ask about them along with the spoiler. Looking out for a good deal on pilot sport tyres as the rears are getting to the point where I'll have to be careful in the wet, as I like plenty of tread in the wet. Apart from that I can't get enough time in it, busy being babysitters here for he last 5yrs and doing things that's been left house wise. Just finished re-tiling and revamping kitching worktops which has kept me out of the coupe this summer somewhat.
Never nothing to do when you have house to look after if you don't like paying someone to have it done.:bored:

@Rha you should of Took @Mnbrennan he was home

OUCH!!!!!! Talk about being put on the spot................=))=))
yep should’ve!!!!!!! But really didn’t know till the last minute if we would go cos of the weather forecast, had to wake up and look then decide. Went with Stuart (Carrera) was touch-n-go weather permitting.
Tell Martin I’ll come over to see you both when your gonna be there, been busy here this summer and not been able to attend much this year, yeah defo should’ve asked him, OUCH.;)

Roy:whistle:

Something I had planned to do with those wheels was get some vinyl the same colour and fill in the sections. You could even put some funny things in there.

Yep have talked to you about one blue inner spoke on each wheel, but have decided the look has not been overstated yet and think perhaps at the moment it should stay just a little in the shade. Have tried blue carbon on the splitter and on the rear valence but it looked awful so ripped it off, then tried black carbon but again didn’t enhance the look either. Maybe with just the wheel bolts and the roundal edge in blue is enough. Till next year.

Roy;)
