Are they just dirty, or discoloured with age and UV affected - .ie. gone yellow ?
If just dirty try glass cleaner, elbow grease, then a bit of polish.
Its been known for people to try using toothpaste and plenty of elbow grease, if slightly foggy.
If UV damage, and yellowed, its a refurb thats needed. Either bravely by yourself or by someone used to doing it.
With this you really need to reapply UV lacquer afterwards
