Only about 5 weeks to go before my family does the charity bike ride :p
It has come around so quickly :)
We have done it every year for 10 years now ;)
It's the only time I ride my bike :)

One year it was raining very hard and I completed the course in half the time I normally take =))

My daughter and family will be in Beccles for Easter as my son -in-law is from there. I'll tell them about the ride.

Top tip from the Dutch Tour de France team.
Stick a raw steak down your shorts to avoid saddle pain....;)
