Ever ready to jump on a passing band-wagon, took the badges off yesterday and now looking for a suitable solenoid and button. Must be something on ebay. Did something similar many years ago to my Consul coupe, but that was in the seventies so it had to be an adapted bonnet release cable.

Use for a tite-reach? Cambelt on my girly chums' Punto saw it being used a bit, just not enough room on these modern cars. Never had that trouble on my old Morris 1000, could climb in there with the engine and get to everything. And quite frequently had to.
