I don't think many people in the UK could comprehend how cold -41c is. It is dangerously cold. Takes your breath away, literally.
I have been in refrigeration all my working life and have had brief spells working in -40c blast freezers. Ten minutes was the maximum at any one time. The worst bit was your tools (usually metal) also get down to those temperatures pretty rapidly. Then there is a danger of them sticking to your skin.

We complain about it being 4 to 5c for a couple of weeks here. We have it easy.

Stop moaning. I saw a post on another forum from someone in Canada yesterday.....-41C there last night! o_O
It did warm up to -29C during the day, though!
It's Grumps for a reason 🤷

Yep, drove an artic for many years doing frozen distribution on behalf on Brake Bros at -25. It's a tad chilly but lovely on a hot summers day 👌
