Dessert ……… 2 pints of Stella

It was seeming quite dark around 8.30pm then I realised I still had my shades on =))

Had a walk up to Sainsbury's to pick up a tub of Hagen Daas Vanilla ice cream but they were closed.

I was going to walk back to the Station for another Stella but I was closer to my digs so thought I'd turn in instead.

My kind of diet Garry, minus the "Walking" to Sainsbury's (what's that all abouto_O). Similar issues with shades tonight on way home, I thought it was going to p*** it down but when I took the glasses off, it wasn't so bad.

Tony.

I'm assuming "Stella" is a beer.....................................

PS. There must have been a dramatic loss in weight on the scale the next morning after having denied yourself the ice cream.

This is me all over. Got down to a great weight and started to look lean for my wedding/hols in may. Since then I can't fit enough wine gums in my mouth at once

@Jack Ratt
Gary I'm not sure 5 sausages can be classed as your five a day mate ;);)

That looks like a see food diet to me . . . . .. .;)

Tony.

Stella is quite a nice beer, can be on the strong side, especially if you have a couple for starters,main and pudding :dead: good tip if you're reasonably serious about a diet but love beer is to try some of the "lite" beers, they sound a bit wishy washy and pathetic being "lite" but what I've just learnt is in actual fact the lite is referring to the carbohydrate levels rather than the strength. (Coors lite, Carling)

I've given up counting calories but keep an eye on carbs. No bread more beer & steak . Works for me:thumbsup:

My kind of dietician Stef.

Tony.
