I definitely haven't posted on here for a while!
I did eventually finish the restoration of the inner sills. I managed to treat all the corrosion and after many many hours I was back to bare metal. Put some 2K etch primer and followed it up with some sprayable seam sealer and some waxoyl to hopefully keep the corrosion at bay.
The widebody rear quarters I had bought were also treated roughly around the same time.
The zed was then sat in the garage or a few years as my next goal was to do a widebody conversion but I struggled to find anytime to work on it.
5 years after the last MOT had expired, I took it in June and it flew through with only one advisory where both the front tyres were worn, I was quite happy with that!
