TIS for the workshop manual (offline version is excellent, online versions just cover what has been "printed to PDF" from an offline version). TIS only covers the jobs down to the level that a BMW franchise would repair your car. For instance, they would replace the seats, but we know that the "rocking bushes" can be replaced. It also covers all the approved oils and lubricants and all the torque settings.
RealOEM for the parts list (ETK is available, but RealOEM is kept up-to-date)
PDF wiring diagrams are available (WDS is available for newer cars [E46 onwards])
KDS shows the times that a job should take.
INPA is the diagnostic tool
There are also many "ST" pdfs that show (in great detail) how the cars operate. These are the documents that are used to train the technicians and salesmen on ALL the technical aspects of each model.
