Looks like they mix it with Polish spring water .... 
A good shot of them draining the manual transmission oil and putting the transmission bung back in.
I wonder if they checked the "Dip Stick" to see if they have double the amount of oil in the engine and no oil in the transmission.
Down here, we use the term "Dip Stick" to mean someone who has done something silly. That guy should get the "Dip Stick" award.

I did leave them a comment saying as much Murray. But, also mentioning that it's bad idea to drain a gearbox without removing the fill/level plug first. Muppets.

Apart from what’s been seen so far, take a look at the way he uses the wrench the wrong way round. One day he’ll try that method on something really tight and it’ll let go. Ouch!!!!!
