Yeah steve it's a fair way and the 7h41m is for just now during the day a bit longer plus stops

Any thoughts around you Steve
It's gone 2a.m and I can't sleep !
So just browsing the map.......what about a high peaks run ?.
Was thinking meeting in Ashbourne,Matlock or Bakewell then to bamford to pick up the snake pass A57 to Glossop, right at the lights in the town onto the A6105,cross the A628 onto the A6924 to Holmfirth which is a fab mountain type road with a lovely pub the other side for food/drinks if you like.Out of Holmfirth onto the A616,turn right back onto the A628 back towards Glossop and snake pass ?.Roughly 2 to 3 hours, just trying to take into account people having to get there and then back home.
Could add/alter to suit and pick up folk coming from different areas.
Open to ideas, not fussed about leading, happier to follow :).

Steve

Will struggle to get there mate.;) Will be passing there on Wednesday morning though:( Have a good day if you get out and about Steve, as you said not many more opportunities this year.

Tony.

Ha, just woke up and found this thread. What were you all doing up at that time of night=)).
Yes, we're up for it, :thumbsup:I was going to change the rear pads on the 4x4 but I'm sure a run out will be a good way of hiding my dissappointment=)). Pauline was going to have a duvet day, not any more:D
We'll meet anywhere you know us…
