Anyone know a trustworthy mechanic in Romford area?

Hi guy bought my z3 and had some works done but no one can seem to diagnoise the noise when changing gears on my 2.8 z3... pls recommend a mechanic for my 2.8 z3...

no nonsence guy who is familiar with z3 pls

I'm also in Romford, and new Z3 owner. (though the baby 2001 1.9).
I had a guy South Woodford do a MOT recently. Definitely no-nonsense, but unsure how familiar he is with Z's
