Saudi Arabian princes mostly, here on vacation, not here long enough for the courts to act on unpaid fines etc, been going on for years Tony. They bring so much money into the country (London) the authorities turn a blind eye only because it’s usually a waist of their time trying to see it through. If the authorities upset these spoilt brats too much they apparently would stop cumming here and be welcomed in Paris, London would loose Out on a huge amount of money.

Absolutely right my mate. That's why Lincs. Police don't prosecute anything with a foreign number plate around here.

Any fine for not displaying plates will be offset by the advantage of not paying congestion charges etc. in London. Depending on how often you are fined, it might make financial sense not to have plates.
I was going to buy a Bugatti the other week as it was going for rock bottom price
