Any insomniacs out there?

I was reading a monthly M.O.T. magazine which we get at work and came across this article all about the history and future of the M.O.T. test and how even "Brexit" ( I hate that word) may effect how the test is carried out in the future with less interference from Brussells.
So if you're awake at 3 in the morning and can't sleep this is better than counting sheep, I shouldn't have said sheep!!

Now I'm retired I think I might become an insomniac!!!, by the looks of that article I'm glad I never became an MOT tester. Mind you its all the same now, new rules every year, something else to learn, wouldn't it be nice if we could all just get on with living.

A good read - we drivers take MOTs for granted thinking only of get our cars through the test! I like Mike's response - only to add - there is too much going on the world to get on with just living - we are bombarded with information 24/7 that keeps our minds agitated to say the least - no wonder there is so much emphasis on wellbeing these days!
