Thought it was a container full of PETE plastic. But found out now interesting idea.
A knackered fence in a run down area where you live.
What's that blue thing underneath it ?, in front of the rear wheels. Looks like it's ran something over.

I'll tell you what that is. That is one over weight lorry! It's a 7.5t chassis and it's got a 20ft container on its back. Bet it hasn't got that on when it goes for it's next mot.
