Anti Roll Bar Size?

I'm looking to refresh all the bushes on my Z3, and currently looking at bushes for the front and rear anti-roll bars.

There seems to be a great variety of different sizes available.

Is there an easy way to identify which size I need for the front and rear?

Might a silly question, as I haven't looked under the car yet and it might be written on the bars.

And look at front and rear suspension it should list which roll bars yours is fitted with
