I heard this on the news last night :p
I wonder what happened :(
Another great singer....... :(
Another poor family going through heart break

And another one gone, Dan Gurney, great driver from late 1950s , through 1960s. First post war American to win a GP in an American car with an F1 Eagle in the Belgian GP , 1967 I think. Also, he started the 'craze' for spraying the champagne about, perhaps he didn't drink !

Dan's wife Evi paid a really nice tribute:

"With one last smile on his handsome face, Dan drove off into the unknown just before noon today, January 14, 2018. In deepest sorrow, with gratitude in our hearts for the love and joy you have given us during your time on earth, we say 'Godspeed'"

Nice touch :(

Amazing how many people say that the person they've lost went with a smile. Our Carla left me and her mum with a beautiful smile, as though she knew something we didn't and still don't.

Tony.

And never will...:(

My Sue didn't really have any expression. Just laboured breathing, having already slipped into a coma. :(
Stepdaughter has since visited a medium. I make no comment, other than if it helps her come to terms with the loss of her mother, all well and good...

I totally agree, Graham. If it helps to come to term with a loss then do what you must regardless of what anyone else thinks.
I was by my Vicki's side when she passed on, and, although her face was unable to express anything, her eyes opened and looked directly into mine as if to say 'Goodbye', and then she was gone. That memory will live with me until the day I also go. A happy memory, not a morbid one. Was there a twinkle there, or was I imagining it? I don't know, but I like to think so.

The Cranberries singer Dolores O'Riordan has died suddenly at a hotel aged 46, her publicist has confirmed.
Formed in Limerick, Ireland, The Cranberries became international stars in the 1990's with hits including Zombie and Linger.

She had a great singing voice, loved all their stuff.

Is a strange thing there Tony to be honest in my job I unfortunately do deal with the dying process of patients and there relatives and had a bit personally and have witnessed lots of ‘occurrences’ like this as if they know there Time is up or even something else. I’m not what I call a religious person but without going into stories and details I’m sure there’s something more than our physical bodies to life just seen enough to challenge that’s it brigade.

My best friend passed away a couple of years ago was with him a few hours before he passed away he could speak at the end but could understand everything being said.
Bet he's looking down on me having a good laugh at me.
They isn't a day where I stop and think about him as he was really good petrol head like me and when watch car programmes is when I wonder what he would though
