Today I had another member bring me his other roadster in at work for it's M.O.T. You don't see a whole lot of these around @Tony Wilson :thumbsup:This little beauty is based on a 1975 Citroen 2CV 600cc twin.

Tony is looking to build a frame for a soft top for the car, so if anyone has any info on makers of canopies etc. please let me know,

Tony.

ps. Passed the test with flying colours.:)

Oh bless that's a lovely old thing. Pleased you passed it mate, you'd have been a proper meany moo moo if you'd have failed that! :D

An interesting looking Citroën
I can't remember the name that Tony said it was. It's a kit car, obviously but built on an old 2CV. I was telling him today that after fitting the springs on my Z4 I had to test my brother's 40 year old Morris Traveller. Talk about going from the sublime to the ridiculous !!;);)

What a great setting to show Myrtle off! I love it. I have a 28 Model A coupe made into a roadster that was being built by students in British Columbia. I have to go and retrieve it after the school decided they needed the space. Will try to dig up pics of it partially finished! JIM

That's the creative Brit spirit!
It looks great and should make strong impression when Santa is driving!

try looking for "yacht spray hood manufacturers" maybe some one like cjmarine. Also search for spray hood fittings for the hardware to build a frame. maybe http://www.makefast.com/acatalog/SPRAYHOOD_FITTINGS.html

not used either so can't specifically recommend but may help you on your way.
