Edition 4 of the Europatour in 2016 goes through the French Alps. Leaving Saturday 3rd of September from Masstricht via Luxemburg through the Vogezen in the direction of Chamonix, a week long driving a fantastic route in the direction of Nice with the end destination being the area of Kleine St. Bernard. On the 11th of September we will drive back in the direction of the Netherlands.

Editie 4 van de Europatour gaat in 2016 door de Franse Alpen. Vertrek op zaterdag 3 september vanuit Maastricht via Luxemburg door de Vogezen richting Chamonix, een week lang touren over mooie, uitdagende bergpassen en balkonwegen richting omgeving Nice met als eindbestemming omhoog richting omgeving Kleine St. Bernard. Op 11 september vertrekken we weer richting Nederland.

Looks like a great week too. Any idea on hotels and costs ?
 
No hotels mentioned by name, just saying it will cost Euro 700/800 for the week depending if you choose B&B or hotel..
 
I hope that's not just @DutchScorpion 's commission lol... If that's for the hotels... Sounds like a good price.
 
So a single is more expensive then !! Lol. Is that per person or per room ?

We are going to the French Allps
What do you want to know about it??

700 euro for 1 person based on a double room
800 for a single driver
hotels are fixed by organisor, including breakfast and dinner

still place for some more cars

This sounds fantastic but we're going to have to miss out on this. With Dubai and the Dutch cruise we won't be able to afford this one as well. :(
 
Bugger me and Maurice are heading down to Spain on the 6th taking the Pyrenees route if this was mentioned before we would of probably done it
 
I am going to Italy first with the wife alone for 1,5 week and after that I am going to join in on the group in the French Alps.
So a lot of Zzzz fun
