Annoying rattle cured

:blackeye::blackeye:
Trouble is I've opened a can of worms now with this modding game it just snow balls......but I like it......till Sara finds out :blackeye:.

Ooowww you've not caught that bug have you ?=))
I paid £290 Cat back on mine i imagine the price to be just the back box.
I queried it and they would do all the modifications required saving you the cutting.
Custom Pipes Doncaster not too far from you really they would only need it half a day i imagine, mine was done in about 2 hours.

Have to agree that a quad exhaust looks the business and would love one myself, but....
Isn't this purely cosmetic with the arrangement shown above. Little of the exhaust gasses will use that longer section of pipe.
Even where you have one into two tail pipes straight out the box the exhaust favours one over the other. It seems an aweful lot to pay for just improving the looks.
Wouldn't a frig of just two tailpipes give the looks at far less expense? Ok you wouldn't get any noise. Purists will soon spot the illusion.
To get full effect wouldn't you need to split the exhaust further back and have two boxes to balance the throughput, or at least have equal runs of pipe? If you have more space under the car a much greater opportunity to do that.

On the Z4 I think it is the simplest way of fitting a quad because the battery box is in the way.
Ok - I give in. It's form over function. Get me one. I need it now! :ymdevil:

I had an annoying rattle but since the divorce it's gone =))

Hi Steve the one I am having done in September is a cat back with twin boxes so fully functional a bit dearer at £400 but should be worth every penny just to listen to it top down and he also cuts the bumper cheers Tony
