Got in today for a couple of hours, removed both bumpers back light and the other two arch liners, also removed both front wings and the N/S sill, its just as bad as the O/S and realistically needs the front 2 foot of replaced.
Got a nice pile of bits accumulating

Looks like a Clarkson overall! A big pile of bits and a large hammer!
You don't hang around Sean, going to be ready for the Derbyshire cruise in May?

Not a chance pal, not sure if I'll be doing any cruises this year other then the Lakes and maybe Tonys, for the Lakes I'll keep the blue one (unless I get an offer that I can't refuse)and hopefully have the 2.8 ready for September

Here are the pictures of my old sills, the corrosion is all surface stuff and will probably clean up, it is just the little flanges on the ends which are bad.

I want all the suspension and rubber done before I start driving it, its a catch 22 really as If I sell the blue one I can have massive shop and blow a couple of grand on bits,
Agree with getting the suspension sorted. It has plenty of grunt but once on proper suspension it’s a different drive ad you can really enjoy it.
You’ll really get use that LSD then!

The interior is as it should be, very little wear to the driver seat and the passenger seat looks pretty much unused
Can I suggest that you look at replacing the current seats, nice condition as they are in, with some sports seats which you can give the works before fitting. Several people who have sat in my sports seats (just standard and used for 100k miles) have commented how much more comfortable than the standard ones. If you don't get to try some before we will see you (hopefully) on the Lakes Cruise, although I think @Jjim may be nearish to you and he has done a seat swap on his.

Started a list today of what I need,
2 rear wings,
2 front wings,
N/S sill
aerial grommet,
2 door handle seals
2 boot struts, actually only need the end fixing
O/S front wheel arch liner
Bonnet and boot emblems,
Thats the main stuff for now, I'm sure there will be more,
Once the Z fund is healthy I will be asking on here for most of the above.

Got a few mins on the z today, its fully stripped so thought I would deal with the rear cross member, 3 of the spot welds on the near side had started to go, I drilled them with a weld buster and then also drilled an extra one between each oem spot to double the strength.
I will MIG them on Saturday, I had a good look at the cross member from the underside and there are no signs of movement at all.

If ordering this amount of kit i would have used the Autodoc app they often run a -22% day and you pay no delivery.
I have not found anywhere cheaper but i suppose being trade you may be on good rates any how.
Lots of stuff to do sounds great !!

Whilst I am waiting on the inner sill repair panels I have decided to crack on with mechanics, only had an hour today so removed the ARB and had a good look around, everythinang is coated in heavy rust however the the underbody protection seems to have done its job so the shell isn't too bad,
the ARB and chassis brace will be going to the powder coaters and the rest is getting replaced, yes I cut the drop link as it only takes a few seconds,
Also need to get 4 x back plates if anyone can recommend a seller please
