Don't mind admitting I shed a little tear today - many, many great memories watching the 2 Ronnies with my Dad and Grandpa
Too true Mike, I remember on one show during his end of show story from the chair He said " I'm very big in Japan". What a genius, we won't see the like of him again. So many of his ilk honed their skills during or soon after National Service and were a generation of REALLY funny men (mainly). Another was Bob Monkhouse, legend!

To many of our finest performers seem to be dying this year! We miss them all. But at least we lived in their time.

Jue just been sat watching various two Ronnie sketches in tears of laughter.The Arab shop sketch, bloody brilliant although you'd never get away with it today!
