Changed the thermostat housing today and spent quite a while with it on a fast tick-over watching the temperatures change. Fascinating. Tried it on my oven, too, turns out the temp settings are right. Had the feeling it was right, turns out nice cakes.
Don't forget they're great for teasing cats too Mick.
