No help with the driving across Europe now then Ken. Unless you take the 207, or both?

Tony.

Tony, funny you should say that. We have 2 dachshund, a boy and girl. I said to my wife she can take her new car and our female dog and the boy can go with me in the Z. We could all get into the 207 as it's a four seater which resolves the "who is driving issue". Having looked at the back seats, size wise they are only fit for dogs etc or luggage. Iam not complaining though as it has 2 more seats than mine and space for the pooches 🐕

The passenger seats have a travel limiter on the threaded shaft to prevent the seat from being too close to the airbag. The drivers seat should be able to move further forward than the passenger seat, a quick measurement on my 97 shows 14 - 3//4" from the from edge of the seat to the face-off the brake pedal and 19 - 1/2" to the face of the clutch pedal when depressed. A zed with an automatic would be much easier for a shorter person to drive, eliminating the need to depress the clutch pedal. My daughter who is 5' nothing has had to drive with a back cushion in both of her cars (Focus ZX3 & Subaru Crosstrek) order to move far enough forward on the seat to be able to bend her knees.
