Apparently this is a collection of cars for sale by Lewis Hamilton's father, this is just 18 cars from his collection (how many more are there?) and this is from a kid who grew up in Stevenage suffered racial discrimination on a council estate?

Yes, Lewis has done amazingly well despite his ordinary background, worked hard and against all the odds his obvious natural talent has brought him 6 World Titles. Needless to say , his family has benefited from his success. Most top F1 drivers have started out from very fortunate backgrounds with parents being able to buy them into motor racing. Lauda, Stroll, etc, etc.

Presumably there must be a few more Triumphs in the rest of the collection. Be interesting to see what they go for and if they reach their reserves if they have one. If Silverstone Classic has been on I’d of got to watch this as I did last year, when there were some fantastic looking cars.
