I would cover the original pedal with masking tape Al then you can easily mark the hole positions on that.

The throttle pedal caused a couple of problems because the angle the original one is mounted at meant you could not access the rear of the original one to fit the screws and nuts supplied. So I used some self tapping screws, which having started the "thread" with them I then shortened before fitting with a dab of super glue on the thread to secure

i may even glue the pedal on with tigerseal...or something similar...i dont really know if i like the look of silver pedals with the beige carpet, if i am honest i would have bought a black pair but these were so cheap i couldnt leave them there...

Why not spray them satin black before fitting them Al. Easy enough to re coat when/if needed.

I didn't get on with the cheap ebay sets but did notice that the pedals are the same as my 1 series. So bought a matching set of the 1 series BMWP Pedal covers and they fit absolutely perfectly.

Adding some of these ebay specials to my shopping list along with the footrest mod. When I picked her up yesterday, I was like ......."Who's nicked the footrest" :rage:

24 hours in and the shopping list is growing by the hour :D
