the zeds wheels are off for a re work.
we are having them striped and re painted and clear coat.:)
these are the before shots.will post the after shots on tuesday when they have been done.

Wow... before shots? Your wheels are very clean and fresh. Can't wait to see them 'fixed'.

the camera does not do them justice they have corrosion around the bolt holes and lots of chips and kerbings:(.
tried to tend to them as best as i could over the year we have owned the zed.
ordered a set of new bolts to black anti rust:cool:

I'd get them powder coated mick.

A lot harder wearing than paint and clear coat :bookworm:

was going to get them powder coated butt!!!!
you get better depth with paint and clear coat and so three different wheel companies have told me if you should get a chip on them :eek:
they are not so difficult to repair as a powder coat.
powder coat will peel:(

Mine were powder coated 2 year ago, and are still like new.

It's done a few miles on those wheels.

Power coating has many more benefits than paint.

yes very pleased with them brian :) look a lot better without all the marks.

Looks great. Love the colour of the car as well... haven't seen this blue on Sydney roads... what is it, exactly?
