As a rule no the offsets are too low and they stick out .... Depends what the fit is but stock ones won't
They are the same size tyre I'm trying to find out other info cheers
Its the width and offset you need to know a zed will take at most a 35 offset @8.5j to the front and its your limit the 5 series is often a 15 offset its very low.

Sorry to be a pain will these fit 4 BMW v spoke 16 " alloy wheels 112 x 5 stud with Michelin tyres - 205/60R16 taken off a 2015 active tourer .
