But on the way home , a stone flicked up and dented my lovely Zs bonnet , I couldn’t believe it , it’s only a small dent , but to me it’s sticking out like a sore thumb , :(:(

I know how that feels Shelly, I collected a big chip on mine soon after I bought it:(

Tony.

It’s not fair is it :(
I’m so careful with my new Z :)
I just want to keep it looking beautiful :)
Now I’ve got a dent in the bonnet :(
Hopefully it will come out ;)
I did read you could put a plunger on it , but knowing my luck I’ll end up with a big lump instead off a little dent =))
Or use a hair dryer on it , don’t know it might work , but I’ll take it somewhere to get it done :)

I bet that lad from G town will be careful where he parks his Bentley.

Tony.

If it hasn't broken the paint, a dent wizard should be able to sought

I remember when I got my new Z4. Four days old and and a courier on a motorbike rode straight into the back of it when I was in stationary traffic.
I was not impressed!! Bent rear wing and scratches all over it.
Hope you get yours fixed without too much hassle. That is a lovely looking Z.

I’d been so upset :(

Bad news Shelly:(. About 2 weeks after my respray a large stone dinged the bonnet. Sorry to say it's still there as there's no guarantee it won't happen again:(

No.such thing as cheap anymore Shelly.
There is Grumps I had a dent in my passenger door when I bought it and when I had it at the body shop that I use in Minehead having the nearside horn replaced there happened to be a dent removal specialist in doing some work on a car with various dents, got chatting to him about dents I my door. When he finished what e was working on he looked at my door and said he could do it 20/30 mins later all done and when I asked how much he said nothing, on me. Geoff

That’s what Alan has said :p
When your got something that looks like new , it stands out more :(

Little suction cup dent puller doovers only cost a few bucks online, get your hair dryer out, warm the dint area and use the doover. May take a couple or few goes to get the bludger out, but they work good.

Have you done this yourself :p
I don’t know if I dare do it , =))

Yes. They work well and do not damage the paintwork. I did over 100 hail dints on my Falcon ute with one.

Well done :p
I’ll ask alan to have a look to see what he says ;)
