I have to disagree with you there Tony, I happily drove a variety of cars for 47 years before buying the Z. The ugly airbag stuck in the middle of the steering wheel is the only thing I dislike about it and I would love to be able to get rid of it.

I can't disagree Mike, but, there are many many more cars on the road these days and therefore many times the risk that you may need your Airbag to protect you. Some are more pleasing to the eye than others, the Mustang Steering wheel was a wooden rimmed one on it and these without airbag scare me, years ago helping my father in law with recovery we saw the remains of driver's still attached to the broken wheel.
