Quick one. It's that dreaded time of the year again, and classic line said I can get an agreed value through the car club rather than their own.

I'm guessing we have never done this as value is almost individual preference and none of us are 'professionals' in that game, but just wanted to check, and also wonder if it's something we could do in future?

I did the same with performance car insurance with photos and form to fill

Is this where you are insuring two or more cars?

Thanks Paul.

I have not as yet insured my Z with agreed value, but my Lotus Elan which is 48 years old is insured for £35.000 agreed value with Routen Chaplin for £167.

I have agreed value with Lancaster insurance , 7 pics and fill in form on line , £7500 agreed value And 3000 miles. I think you have to have another car. Cost £197

I think the Adrian Flux rate changes with the agreed value. Mine was £52 for £16k value.

I don't know if you need to have a second car. Adrian Flux may have asked the question, but I don't see it noted anywhere on the paperwork.
