Agreed value insurance

Classicline. No agreed value, but roughly £360 for the year, mileage limit of 7500 a year. This includes breakdown cover and track days organised by car clubs. Combined policy with family car, so not sure of exact split.

I’m with Aidrian Flux…around £400 for £15k basic cover with another £18k on top for my mods..similar mileage constraints…

Performance direct
3k miles pa
Value £9k
£220 pa

Performance direct..tho given my MOT woes I'm not going to try for a agreed value this time =))

The Z insurance is due in a couple of weeks and thought it would be good to get some chewck prices, so who are you with ? Thanks Geoff

Just got my renewal from Adrian Flux, £220 same as last year, 2000 miles PA, £7000 AV, mods covered, legal and excess covered.

Just to clarify, you've got an agreed value of £33,000?

I have AV on all my cars - having written my first Z3M off 5 years ago I can vouch that it makes dealing with the claim so easy - no arguements they just pay out.

And all for an additional £18 (Lancaster Ins) a year - its a no brainer.

I'm with the same insurer that Bertie was with (Markerstudy), but the broker is Adrian Flux.

AF charge a £15 administration fee to agree the value and set up the cover.

The downside is that you are not fully covered for the first month, as you need the insurance in place BEFORE you can apply for the guaranteed value, and it takes a few weeks to process the valuation.

I’m with Sterling Insurance at £180 p.a. inc agreed value. (2001 Z3 1.8 at 3k miles p.a)
Have just renewed with Sterling, was it much of a faff to get them to agree to your valuation?
