Hello from Illogan, went for a spin roof down on the St Ives to Sennon Cove yesterday one of my favourite local runs, stopped for a Cream Tea at Rosemergy, pub looked busy and I was driving. Me and the wife had a lovely run picked up a couple of nice steaks on the way back from Waitrose in Penzance and a few beers, perfect day.
