hope it mends quickly, but it'll need rest to do that, so rest it!

Get well soon, I can't say any more than has always been said already except it's so cute the way you keep those little piggies wrapped up so cozy in that little blanket!! It'll be tough for you I know but rest and don't go doing things you can't until you're cleared to do so!! Later JIM
 
Get well soon Shelly, I know exactly how you feel having been there myself last year. It's frustrating having to relax and be waited on but you'll get used to it ;)

Can't walk at the moment ( well not very far can just manage to the bathroom, glad we're in a bungalow) ;)
It's very painful got to keep my foot elevated otherwise it could swell ;)
So it's rest rest and more rest for me :)
Went to bed last night at 7 and didn't wake up till 10.30 this morning =))
I'm normally a early riser so if the birthday greetings are late I'm sorry :)

Please get well soon. I've had those shoes on several times myself. I hope you can spend some of your rest time with us on the forum. Frankie

The pain in my foot after surgery is quite bad :(
Can't put any weight on it .......
It's needs to be elevated for the pain to ease a bit ;)
But look on the bright side in a few weeks I'll be up and running even better than I was before :)
And the best part is I've got my .org friends to keep me company ;):);):)
 
slightly off topic, you know what I hate about using touch screen phones on forums?

Agreed, I've just had to change one of mine for @Twin Turbo
 
I think it as I "flick" the page up when scrolling through a page!

I'd inadvertently disagreed with @Althulas advice on ice packs, well, at least I didn't accidentally find @Shelly 's sore foot funny!

Hope it has stopped throbbing! :)
