..... for the most part :D The C-in-C asked what I was doing today (code for 'you're under my feet, go out for a drive'). So I did. 190 miles and 6 hours of mostly roof down Zedding. Windermere, Coniston, Ambleside, Kendal, Keswick, Basenthwaite, Crummock, Buttermere, Honister and the full length if the West Coast road. Just splendid.

A great day Dave. It was higher until I nailed one of those small Seat FR's on the way home up a steep long hill (dual carriageway)
:coolsteer)

Great photos Andy :snaphappy:. That's a proper drive you've had today .
It's been a bizarly mild day here but sadly no zedding for me. I did give it a wash using some of your own brand H.D shampoo, bloody good stuff.....mind you at nearly £20 a bottle it ought to be .

Missed out there, should have got the "person-in-charge" to send ME out, even the corner shop would have done ;)

Great photos Mr D :p
Glad you had a lovely day :)

Best way to get shut of the Christmas cobwebs Andy:thumbsup:

Tony.

Great pics, nice car, I had a run to the lakes earlier in the year from Northumberland across to Keswick via Alston. Then walked up to Ashness Bridge, came back via Carlisle. Perhaps you could supply a good route around the lakes area as you will know the area better.

If you Google my routes app you'll see the Lakes Tour day 1 and 2. They take in the best of the Lake's, in my view.
