Left Mansfield and upto Junction 29 of the M1 which we decided not to get on so went straight across towards Clay Cross. No maps or a sat nav in sight we just drove blind using the back roads heading towards the Peak District. Found some stunning roads, passing Owler Tor and various other Peak District land marks. Only saw one Z3 in that blue colour the same as @Antm72 and @Bozzy. Can't remember the official name sorry! :D I did wave but only just caught it as we passed so may not have seen me. 150 miles later we stopped at the Hardwick Inn for a bite, then finished off calling in to check on Jues horse. No pics of the drive but a couple from the horse! Not a bad view from her field. I could happily live there!

Good to see your back on the road :thumbsup:
After reading your zed shed repair thread and this one I've decided where you're going wrong with picture of the month.
You keep taking the pictures at the wrong times =))

taking the pictures at the wrong times
Yesterday his phone just decided not to play Steve, so it was game over on the photo front (shame;)). No pics of the drive maybe means it's still not working?

Atlanta blue @Grumpy ;)
They're the kind of drives that turn out fab,but we usually take a map.
Recently with Sara navigating she has been picking out the white roads on the map and subsequently had some brilliant drives in the dales.
Glad you both enjoyed it mate lets hope Reggie behaves now......so you can save up for a new phone .

Whilst out and about tonight I spotted something that made me smile and I thought that could be a decent back up vehicle for @Grumpy in case Reggie misbehaves again. Was going to pm him but...........

you could rely on it mate,it handles superb, corners flat,no body roll at all and you could even get Shirl on the front to save her having to walk .

Grumpy did mention going to check out a new mode of transport this weekend...

Zoomed pic think it's £375 but the best thing is its just sitting there there are parts of the world that bike would be off in seconds
It is £375 ono but I bet I cost a small fortune when it was new.
Yup I agree there Stevo,it's not near where I live hence why it's sat outside someone's house and not been nicked.
