I think I may not have made my point clear.

If the yellow lines are not as specified in the road traffic act, you can challenge the ticket on those grounds and present the test case quoted.
 
The sun was shining and the roads were nice and dry so me and Amy had a roof down tootle around the Dove dale Valley.
Amy took some pics on her phone................About an hour before the heavens opened.....Luckily we had the roof up just in time,didn't spoil the drive :)

Can I still challenge, it was 30 years ago, I think the fine was 3'6d =))

There was quite a lot of walkers about as you say it is a lovely area,Sara and my self used do a lot of walks in Derbyshire and i do miss it tbh.
I was trying to find that Longnor road that you and @Grumpy went on a short while back,think i found it eventually more by trial and error :confused:.
