Write Up A foggy day in the Peaks

The moral of the story - don't meet up in the fog =))

Oh dear, I think the centre played a part in it, when we pulled in they had coned off the entry road that takes you to the far end, had to go in through what would be the exit end and cruised around looking for peeps and saw no-one, eventually came across Paul & Co, the car park was surprisingly busy.

Well after a complete mux ip a couple of pics

Shame about the meeting up, looks a bit foggy, just like last week. Thanks for posting the photos:thumbsup:

Well done everyone. Zeds are for all weathers (and watersports). Looks like you had great day.

Well, 467.7 miles in the bag, Bella purred like a cat and pulled like a train (mostly in the BMW lane). Firstly a massive thankyou to @Synclare for fitting my new hoops and centre box and for the wing mirror and wind deflector (I thought my supervisory skills were bang on ). You Sir are indeed a top man! Secondly, a MASSIVE apology to the guys that rocked up, waited then got abandoned by me, sorry guys :sorry: Long way to come to miss you  but thanks anyway. Thanks for the guys that i didn't leave behind, nice drive and great to catch up. At no point did I have the first clue where we were, there may have been some fog :wideyed:. Car washed, it's Guiness O'Clock, pics to follow.

A big sorry from us too as we have to be back for 4 to collect Molly, grand parent issues I'm afraid, weather looks great as well, we are going for a cruise up the east coast instead, a poor second. :(
No dramas mate, next time

No worries. Was getting a bit concerned you hadn't popped up here or on FB. The longest you've been off net for years ;)
Thanks mate. Long day. On the road at 04:30 and back home at 19:00hrs. Even had the roof down for 30 mins. Oh, yes, I am somewhat attached to my phone

Looked a bit grim, but I hope you hardy bunch had an enjoyable day. I woke up this morning with my first cold of this winter feeling pretty rough so I'm glad I cancelled on this trip. Let's all look forward to some sunny days in the not too distant future.

Soz Moz, as I said in other peaks posts we just seemed to
Miss each other somehow
We were in upstairs cafe for about 40mins didn't see anyone:(

That is quite a day on the road, you'll sleep well tonight! The manual workers cannot function without management to supervise them! Bet that Guinness is slipping down nicely. Apologies for the fog after that drive, nice to meet again.
