replaced the thermostat earlier today and had a little company

As I've now replaced the thermostat, water pump and vicious coupling, I know how to do it now so if anyone needs a hand doing theirs then let me know.

yes mate it is but it's still a little cool from the vents but I think there's still air in the system.

Parts aren't cheap to do it

Check the heater control cable it may need need adjusting you'll find the adjuster either under the footwell upper cover or behind the footwell inside cover on the clutch side cant remember off hand, pretty sure there's a thread on here some where or perhaps some kind member will jump on and be more specific. Or get the car on a steep hill nose up and bleed it if there is any air in the heater matrix it should come out but should bleed OK without doing this.
